Sendr — Privacy Policy

Effective 23 October 2026

Sendr connects to your Gmail account only with your permission. Your email is downloaded directly from Google to your Mac and stored there, encrypted. Outergy does not run servers that receive, store or read your email, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.

AI Reply

If you choose to use AI Reply with your own OpenAI API key, the conversation you select is sent to OpenAI under your key to write the draft.

Google user data

Sendr's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect Sendr at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
